About Thi Hoang, DDS

Thi Hoang, DDS, is an exceptional dentist with extensive experience specializing in cosmetic, family, implant, and general dentistry. She serves her patients and the community at Las Positas Family Dental in Livermore, California. 

Dr. Hoang graduated from the University of the Pacific’s Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA in 2007. Post-graduation, she was selected by the faculty at UOP to continue her training through their Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program in Union City. 

Dr. Hoang is dedicated and passionate about serving her team, her patients, and her community. Her commitment to excellence and the highest standard of care inspires her team to be the best they can possibly be by being trustworthy,  kind, and focused on communication through education.  

She is the perfect reflection of who Las Positas Family Dental is, dentistry done best. No white coasts. No judgments. No pressure. A team-first approach that takes dentistry very seriously but not ourselves. A place to laugh, be healthy, have fun, and be family. 

Outside of dentistry, she is a loving wife and a mother to three beautiful children: Devan, Jenna, & Amelia. As a family, they donate their time to various non-profit programs such as SF Food Bank and Project Open Hand. When not in the office, Dr. Hoang loves delicious food, good wine, and she definitely has the travel bug. She also roots for the Dubs and the Niners, attends music concerts, and loves trying new restaurants. Recently, she has been spending her spare time at home in the crafts room doing unique projects for family, friends, and the office.
